Bug fix Friday
2:05pm EST - Short post today. The devblog came out this morning earlier than usual, you can check it out here. Long and short, the new update has a shitload of great stuff and there are still some significant bugs to work out before it’s ready to be released into the wild. That means the update won't go live till next week sometime. The team is working on a ton of miscellaneous fixes today (for details, check out @RustUpdates). If you're really eager to test out this update, feel free to join us on our development branch server. To join, you’ll need to opt into the development beta (steam library, right click rust, properties, betas tab, select “development - The latest updates”). There are a lot of weird bugs right now. I'll be updating this constantly throughout the day as the team pushes out new builds. Expect multiple wipes.
Meanwhile, I'm continuing to work on updating the guides on this site. I’m getting them as complete as I can and will be waiting till after this update drops to release them.
